Plot twist is the worst perk by far. Before I couldn’t get a teammate to heal me or pick me up even if I offered them a thousand dollars. Now as soon as I put myself down all my teammates come running from the opposite side of the map fighting through rain, sleet, and snow climbing over mountains and swimming through oceans just to get to me.

Power Struggle - pallet-rescue yourself Boil Over - hide nearby hooks (and extra sway + wiggle progress during falls) Flip Flop - recovery progress is converted to wiggle progress

I think Lucky Break is a good perk to use cause then you dont leave a mark from the second you are hit. So the killer doesn't even have a "path" to follow and dont even know where you use Plot Twist.

On the PTB I used Off The Record to heal off of Plot Twist in peace shortly after an unhook. That and Boon: Shadowstep are the only consistent ways to prevent aura reading while slugged.

Plot twist has many different ways you can use it Base Value: Need a health state use it. Second hand you can use it in chase (I have multiple times) to pull a quick one on the killer. Though if the killer is aware they will usually look for you. But it’s so funny escaping when you use it. Another tip I have, is if you use it to hide with no sound and you have your team around. Plot twist only deactivates when you get yourself up. You can 99% it and then get a 1% from a friend and keep it active to use again. I love the perk and it’s comical and very viable imo.

As a killer main, Plot Twist can be really funny to trick killers to miss a hit The downside is that I can essentially get a free hook. Decisive Strike could be a really good perk with Plot Twist, that will make killers hate you even more lol

Only counter to Plot Twist is (if I’m correct) Deer Stalker as it allows the killer to see survivors in the dying state. Thou I doubt people will run it which makes Plot Twist good.

Plot twist is bad. You don't need deerstalker at all. Just look on the left on your screen. It shows you when a survivor went down. It's not a great perk.

I finally got into a match as Cage where I was injured and left to run off. Hey SpookyLoopz, love all your videos. I found a good and funny build with Plot Twist. Plot Twist, Unbreakable, Power Struggle and Flip-Flop. When you're injured, you go to a pallet and do Plot Twist. If the killer picks you up, Power Struggle and you're off. With Unbreakable, if you used or don't have Plot Twist, you get down and the killer doesn't pick you up, you can still get up. And finally with Flip-Flop, if you're not close to a pallet or hidden in a Bush or something, at least you'll have some wiggle progression.

I got to play the PTB but my internet went out on Monday and I just recently got it paid waiting for it to come back on BUT!!: what I used in the PTB was Flip Flop, Tenacity and Plot Twist you could technically shove in MFT as the 4th. I also found another cracked trick with MFT when I was playing a No Mither character if you have a wounded friend and you heal them to 99% as long as you aren’t exhausted and your friend stays close to you you can heal them when the killer comes close and you’ll be able to tank a killers hit wounded or with No Mither I did this like 2-4 times against a Cenobite.

I love Plot Twist! Depending on the team/gameplay of the match, sometimes when I know that I will be downed by the killer, I will stop dead in my tracks and plop down in front of them. So many killers look at me for a moment, then walk away lmao! Yes, some of them pick me anyway, but hey, if I'm going down, I might as well be meme-ish and have a giggle. I have had several killers spare me because I made them laugh.

Try Deception with Plot Twist. After you get hit, run by a locker and activate the perk. You leave no scratch marks for 3 seconds. Then you can run to a bush to fall down. EZ.

Plot Twist is indeed dangerous. Just faced a situation where I was winning by far and this perk almost made me lose 3 survs out of nowhere. A Steve just used it at the exact moment I would've hit him with Nemesis's tentacle (was trying his adept). One surv dead, another in the hook, Steve goes down and I hear the 4th surv injured nearby. Left Steve on the floor and when I was about to put the 4th surv on the hook I look at the hud and se the bastard was healthy. Of course now I know that I have to pay attention to the animation of dying happening (because Plot Twist simply makes you appear horizontal on the floor without the falling animation) AND if the surv screamed when downed. Also I really hope Jason or whoever is the new killer end up being more fun and better than Wesker. I play him because I love Resident Evil (one of my fav franchises EVER from ANY genre) and he's my fav character there. I would play him even if he was worst than Trapper or better than Nurse. I'm kinda sick of how many people play Wesker because simply they want to win more.

I always use it in a more serious way when the killer is on chase, he ain't dropping a chase just to start searching for you with deerstalker, for laughs I run it with power struggle and I go healing on nearest pallet, it's hilarious getting dudes stunned by basically doing nothing and seeing them questioning if they should pick you up or not
