Headcanon Hour: Mao Mao has only ever had one set of adventuring clothes that he’s worn his entire career. From when he left home as an adventurer, to adventuring with Bao Bao to now. The Green Outfit and the Red Outfit are one and the same. When Mao Mao Lost his tail he had to use literally whatever was on hand to bandage the wound when he managed to get free of the rock. While he healed, his blood seeped in to the color of his clothes, changing his outfit as much as he had changed in the wake of being betrayed by Bao Bao. Pretty much like how Bardock hot his “red” headband in the original special. Mao Mao never bought a second red outfit: it’s just the green outfit after having been dyed by his blood.

After watching certain episodes like "Orangusnake Begins", "The Perfect Couple", "Zing Your Heart Out", and this episode, I actually have a few theories on what season 2 will have and how it will go out: • Orangusnake might become stronger and be more of an evenly match for Mao Mao • The glow on the Ruby Pure Heart might be some powerful god or a villain that controls the village or the world • Mao Mao could get more villains, which gives him his very own rogue's gallery • We might learn more about Mao Mao's past, his family and ancestors, and etc. • Tanya Keys might return • Orangumao could possibly happen • One or more of the characters could be LGBTQ • We might see even stronger monsters • We know more about Mao Mao's mother • Orangusnake could have a redemption arc and become a good guy • We''ll also see more old friends that Mao Mao had in his past So yeah, these are all my theories, what do you guys think?

I dont think Mao Mao had any more friends besides bao, tanya, and badger. Think we'll probably get a Momma Mao, and siblings episode. Orangusnake's power levels alter all the time, dont think he'll get a consistent power boost. Do agree with Orangusnakemao potential. Honestly I dont think season 2 will become any more story focused than season 1, just a few episodes of backstory. These are just my theories though, who knows what will happen.

I think the reason Aunt Gloria attacked Mao Mao is because he addressed her as a family member. Considering that some of the children consider the Mao family weird, and this may've been taught to them by there parents. Gloria may be trying distance herself being associated with her family. It's possible that over the years under the patriarchy of Shin, the Mao clan has come to lose a good deal of favor they had with the people causing them to become austricized. So much so that it's begun causing internal conflict in the family itself, leading to many like Gloria to join in the hate wagon and begin unaffiliating themselves from their once proud clan.

Which perfectly matches with the words Beware Monster Bao bao From this we can deduce that B is l l The more intereating thing is that it appears that bao bao's name is misspelled The triangle symbol appears thrice. Twice in bao bao and once in beware. However there is no O in beware so triangle must be A. This is supported that the next word. Monster had the = symbol exactly where the O would be. From this we can deduce that Bao Bao name was spelled like Boa Boa Also e and r appear multiple times letting us findout out that E is the symbol that looks like DT and that R is the symbol that looks like V

This is a theory I had that maybe is kinda old but the butterfly that Bao Bao got distracted with the day Mao lost his tail was golden, and maybe it has something to do with his sisters. i know it may sound crazy to relate them just because of the golden color, but what if one of the sister send that butterfly for Bao Bao? It could either be that they wanted Mao Mao to follow the butterfly too, maybe like some kind of message. OR, they'd knew Bao Bao would escape with it and they did it on purpose, y'know, just out of spite or as a prank. I think it would be the "golden eyes" sister. I have this feeling that she's the REAL problem, I dunno, I like her, but don't trust her... Besides, she would be the only one that MAY be able to do this, unless, of course, it's a way for the family to call each other in case of an emergency, and golden butterflies are just a thing. And Mao Mao didn't even noticed it because, well... he was busy getting his spine fucked up. idk
