Hey spoon bass player--just curious did you think you made a mistake when hitting that B or C# anticipating when the next part was going to happen? It’s so cool but I could so see me playing bass and flirting with a note when unsure of what’s coming up next. This seemed like a recording that was fresh like that.

maybe it's just me, but this sounds a whole lot like 'plastic ono band ' era lennon '(cold turkey', etc.). almost too much not to be deliberate. if so, then well played, spoon.
