In this episode of the VLOG, Spooner heads back to Norton Disney to fish on Billy's Lake to use the NEW BASIX range and to WIN some prizes for viewers! For every LB of carp Neil catches within 24 hours will win £1 worth of tackle. Neil has called in back up for the session in the form of the Korda Koach, Rob Burgess to try and rack up as much as they can!

Spot on . Most newcomers to fishing will be fishing 2 rods max of around 2 -3 acres so don't need 1000 metres of line. It's a small step making the amounts smaller but will mean more people can join in with a sport that lets face it we all love. Good line up coming though and can't wait to see what happens rod and reel wise .

My son Freddie is a 9 year old carp mad fishing lunatic, he is driving anyone that will listen nuts by constantly talking about ‘ the movements of carp’, rigs, bait and god knows what else, I haven’t fished since I was 14 and now I’m planning my life around it, he walks around the lake asking everyone there what bait they re using and what they ve caught off of it, he wants to be a presenter on monster carp when he grows up. He would review every bit of equipment you ve got given half the chance and tell you if went wrong anywhere, as he does me every time we go, this kid proper loves it and would love that prize or even just someone else to talk to about Carp.

My young labourer at work has been keen to go fishing but had only been sea fishing on a boat. I took him carp fishing & set him off with a method feeder..........1hr later with 4carp & 1tench in the net & let's say he was hooked!!!!!!
