We went away for a long wknd last year over thanksgiving and the kids’ break from school. My garbage was full bc I knew I was throwing it out on our way out! Well I forgot !! 😮 My husband was like it’s fine ! I said absolutely not! My mom was working two jobs the day we left so she went the next day ! And it was heavy bc it was so full, but thankful she had a key and went and emptied it for us bc that would’ve been so bad to come home to haha

As someone who survives on very little sleep, I completely understand how you are feeling. My brain goes into overdrive when I lay down at night and refuses to turn off. My husband often asks how I do it and its basically out of necessity. My kids are all adults now so I am able to stop and recharge during the day some now but between my sleepless nights and chronic headaches some days are rough. Eventually it will catch up to you and you will crash. I would suggest being checked for anemia and low iron since you have been so tired lately. That can creep up on someone and will really knock the energy away from someone. Again, just a suggestion from someone who suffers from anemia along side of my autoimmue stuff.

I know this might sound odd but I had this same problem and what finally helped me was meditation. I know.. I know... I don't chant or have an alter or anything like that... I actually meditate usually in bed in the morning ( I have very bad anxiety and a super stressful job). But i will do it at night. For me it's closing the 85 browser tabs open in my head at all times lol. It's almost like giving my brain permission to power down. I use the calm app. It takes a few tries but it really really helps me. Might help you sleep too!
