I do love platform too :D But honestly, they're just selling simili leather shoes, there is nothing really vegan in that. It's not vegetal leather, it's just plastic. Which is fine, and they can still be good quality, super pretty and comfy ! I just think it's a bit confusing from them (and many over brands, because vegan is trendy of course) to use those terms..

I also find that those vegan/plastic shoes never last es long as real leather shoes 🤷‍♀️ and a lot of alternative brands still charge a absurd amount of money for them... i find the best thing you can do is buy real leather shoes second hand, you get the quality for a better price and are not contributing to the demand of real leather shoes ^^

Everyone is like for the environment and do alot that is really great, yes. But people forget about fast fashion and about all the mixed fabrics and children who are sewing thier chlothes. I just learned how all these synthetic fabrics are made and it's horrible for this world. But people forget about that.

Unfortunately, after watching a koifootwear sponsored youtube video I ordered their shoes and I had a really bad experience with their customer service which I would like to share: 1) In my first order I, unfortunately, picked the wrong sizes, so I had to ship back the order. Since they claim to have easy return options, I specifically asked where to best send it back and they named me an address in the UK. After I sent it there and informed them, they said that they won't cover the costs since I sent it to the UK instead of a nearer depot in Europe. (I live in Austria.) They told me to send it there and then they refused to pay for it. It didn't make any sense to me at all! 2) In the meantime I had placed another order and only received 3 out of 4 pair of shoes. One of them, again, was too small but apparantely sending it back would cost me just as much as keeping it. After some weeks had past I asked for the 4th pair of shoes since it stated that the shipment is being prepared. But instead of sending me the shoes they just gave me a refund for the pair stating that they don't have them right now. When I asked them if there is any way to still receive the pair since I don't want to pay unnecessary shipping costs AGAIN, they simply ignored my question and told me to get a notification via the website and place a new order once they are available. I mean, what the heck? That wasn't my fault at all! 3) Since my currency is euros, everytime I get a refund from them I actually loose a lot of money due to the change of currency. Up until now I forfeited over 50€ for nothing. So, after these things happened, I wrote them a complaint email stating all those facts and pointing out how poor their responses where. All I got so far was a short reply that it was forwarded to someone and "if there is any related opportunity someone will get back to me". That was two weeks ago. What annoys me the most is that whenever they reply to you they act over the top friendly but when it comes to the content and serious questions, they simply ignore it or give you wrong information, not even apologizing when they were obviously in the wrong. I have never received such a bad customer service in my entire life and I believe that they sell the shoes with a cheap prize, but, in return, scam you whenever they can - like low-cost airlines. It is really a shame how they treated me since I love their shoes and wanted to order many more in the future but they have not shown me any goodwill, so I feel obligated to tell my story to others in order to prevent them from making the same mistake as me!

to anyone actually wondering what these shoes are actually like , they're god awful , very fragile platforms , not comfy at all they blistered and ripped apart my feet , the laces cant be tightened its for show and they're very very small around the ankles i have fairly small ankles and i would struggle sometimes. the platform started to come away after a MONTH of having them and they really don't have good ankle support. i wore them everyday for a month and they never stopped hurting my feet. DO NOT BUY AND WASTE YOUR MONEY . they do actually look very cheap. ( yes i bought them directly from the website .)
