Do you have to move the fender mounting nut/bracket from its original forward location to the hole further back? How is that done? Do you have to somehow reach between the tire and the bottom of the fender to remove and install it?

From memory the rear bolt position is already set up to receive the seat bolt

@@MisterKiwiRider I checked on one at a dealership today and it has just a cover plug in the hole, so I bought the fender nut for it. (My bike is at another dealership being prepped for delivery and they didn’t have the nut.). Also, I found another video showing that the hole is reachable along with a method to make it easier to insert the nut using a zip tie.

When I had my sport glide the stock seat would wear the paint off the rear fender becareful if you don't want your paint messed up

Is that seat off a 2022 sport glide ? Looks great to me. Been trying to find a 2 up i like thats not weeks out. This is nice. Just trying to figure out what i need to run this seat

I don't know the year but to my knowledge anything from '18 up will fit 👍

Ok, ok.... Originally the 2018 low rider and sport glide could swap seats and, if you look at Mustang seats website, they clearly state that both models could fit the same aftermarket seats. I think other aftermarket seats from other manufacturers would fit either bikes too..... Question: could a passenger ever get comfortable with the saddlebags so high? Passenger's legs would end up on the bags..... Oh, I hate the massive fairing/windshield..... Great engine!!!!

I don't yet have passenger pegs but I have sat back on the passenger seat while the bike has been stationary with my foot more or less in the foot peg position. The angle on the front of the bag meant my leg wasn't touching the bag at all. That being said I think a smaller person or child would struggle to sit comfortably with the bags on. Fortunately they are easily removable.

Will you have to install passenger pegs with that seat? Or are they already there and I'm just blind? Just asking coz I got told off for removing them from my Triumph while I still had a passenger seat. Apparently it wouldn't pass WoF. :(

Yes, correct, it wouldn't pass a warrant. I will be fitting rear pegs but because it doesn't need it's first warrant for 3 years, I've got some time up my sleeve 🤟😉

'21 I think. Unless the specs change depending on what country your bike is built for I would say they are giving you the wrong information. Definitely fits the Low Rider ST

117, yep. Built around the Low Rider S, so definitely not your classic bagger sized bike
