@@oskie37 corruption is different from it other criminal offences, when you are charged, the evidence is there and can hardly be framed for corruption but they choose to dismiss corruption charges.

To oppose bail one has to be shown to have either a potential to jeopardize the investigation, intimidated witnesses, flight risk. If these are not shown bail cannot be denied since innocent till proven guilty

@@ma_tee_n no that is not how law operates, the evidence is still in the hands of the NPA not the court that will make the ruling, and the evidence need to be accepted as admissible first in the trial, this is merely bail application and nothing was wrong there, lets allow our court to do their jobs, Mr corrupt Gigaba handed himself to the police so he is not the flight risk so why would you denied him bail, as a punishment for the case still need to be tried?
