IMO, Goff was not to blame for that loss. Also, Pacheco was taken VERY close to Purdy & is rarely brought up as newbs only care about QBs. I'd be real curious how good Purdy truly is. Would he be this good on a team like Yound is on, or another team not SO loaded with offensive weapons? Is he THE reason they are winning above all others on the team? Not so sure about that. I don't blame you for liking. Brock purdy's story being the last pic of his draft class that year and then goes on to beat my favorite quarterback. Jared Goff and really we know the reason why the Lions lost that game. Those two passes to whatever receiver that was for the 49ers. He bobbled it because of good defense. It was flipped up into the air and he had two miracle catches and they scored. I do believe on both of those and I get it. The Lions defense failed but whatever. If those two plays wouldn't have happened, I really think the Lions would have took it, but due to two bobbled in the air miracle catches, the Lions will just have to go to the super bowl next year

As a Lions fan for many decades, DO NOT invest in Goff. He's average at best and the only starting qb in the nfl that can only throw the ball 30yds or less with aim.
