Brando Santos it's more to do with the legs than the arms. If you want to hit harder at first, then you want to bench which will help you launch harder and faster. But if you want to drive for a longer time, then work on your calves and thighs

I remember back in school one of the shopcars a 1996 cadillac fleetwood didn't start and i got stuck at the end of the day pushing it without any help into the shop meanwhile there is some snow and ice outside so didn't have very good grip . I couldn't make it through the shop door because it was a small incline and i didn't have enough grip but i still pushed the thing 30 feet and it weighs 4700LBS .

At the time this was filmed: Jahri Evans was headed into free agency and probably wouldn't have wanted to risk an injury. Going into 2010, Evans became the highest paid interior O-lineman in NFL history. Steve Hutchinson hasn't played a full season since 2009 because of injuries so he probably wasn't up for the risk either. Notice how both Smith & Staley awkwardly slip @ 5:05 when they hit the other surface. I'm sure both their GM's cringed when they saw that!
