I never comment on vids but I had to on this one. I’ve met Aaron twice & he’s as real as this video advertises. I’m from NJ & my boy took me to Top Shelf to sell some kicks last summer. I sold my ‘07 aquas, 07 playoff 8s, & ‘07 low i.e. 11s. I also ran into him in line @ Foot Locker this past spring for da air max 97 gold. Real humble, cool & down to earth guy. Good to see his hard work paying off.

Genuine energy is rare in the vintage wear/sneaker community now. Seems like everyone is just looking to outdo or finesse others so seeing this was definitely a breath of fresh air. I've debated plenty of times giving up the whole sneaker scene and selling all my shoes because it feels too artificial and competitive now. Good to know it's still some genuine folks out here who do it for their own passion and not hype or a price tag. Salute!

Easily one of the the best sneaker stores in the entire country. The owner really has been into sneakers and basketball since the 90s/early 2000s and was on that sneaker collecting shit wayyyy before it became big part of popular culture. I promise you that this guy has been doing this for way longer than your favorite hypebeast sneaker store owner. That’s why Topshelf is different from all these other spots
