People used to think that they were an advantage because you can swing a lighter bat faster, but the lack of weight and structural integrity of the bat actually can cause you to lose distance on the ball. Cheating is now allowed in MLB. Ask Altuve and his Astros buddies or ask Cora and his players on both the Astros and Red Sox. Lead both teams to championships. Nobody reprimanded at all thanks to support from the POS union, protecting cheaters at the expense of the rest of the players that have respect for the game. Suspensions for Hinch and Cora for a year. That’s a joke, more of a vacation with the salaries they make. Return immediately to the game and are praised by MLB like they are great coaches. Great lesson for our youth of today. MLB needs to get rid of Manfred and the POS union.
