Hello, I watched your video on treating quad strains and want to ask, when is the good time to start running and going to the field and kicking a ball again? Should we begin to run only after we are comfortable with doing high load isotonic and fast/explosive in the general quad strength exercises? (hip flexion, knee extension, squat control) Or sooner? Same question regarding sprinting Appreciate your help

You can usually start slow jogging once you have good strength but before explosive strength. You can usually start easing into sprinting once you have explosive strength + can jog decent distance at easy pace without symptoms.

No - the research shows that TENS doesn't actually make much difference for tennis elbow. I am just finishing off the final edits on a video where I discuss all the treatments that are supported by the research - it is due to go live on the channel on Monday 6 January - so keep an eye out for that one, it might give you some more ideas.
