THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏 I followed along with a stretchy band and it really really helps! I've been feeling tennis elbow for about 2-3 months now, and even thinking of taking a break, but this video is a great great help! Now, Im going to do these exercises every day. MASSIVE Thank you!

USPTA coach from California here. The isometrics does wonders for pain relief! This stuff they don't teach you at all out on the tennis courts. Healthier than TE band straps that merely mask the issues. Venus is helping a lot of tennis players with this video without selling anything! Love her TopCourt videos too!

hi Venus , i was on court in Montreal when you were practising , i think who haven't had the chance to see you in person , he's missing a lot . beside how talented and amazing tennis player you are , i discovered how funny and entertaining you can be , plus you didn't leave the court until you made sure you signed everybody's gadget , and took pics and videos with everybody .. you re changing the traditional boring and snobish attitude of the tennis players , those players who barely lift their arm to salute the public before and at the end of the match. the whole croud were smiling intuitively while you were training . you created such a magnificient ambiance .. Big love from Montréal ❤❤ 😊😊 🙏

Thank you Venus. I struggled with tennis elbow for 6 months. Finally I got a shot. I had to and boy did it make a difference. Now I’m back playing and it creeps in just a tad. I’m doing these exercises as soon as I am done typing this. Thank you! Here’s to no more tennis elbow!

Had golfers elbow for about 2 weeks now, it’s more nuisance than pain for me but it certainly hinders the tennis strokes. Glad our favorite sister 🤫 is here to help.

Timely advice! Just got diagnosed with golfers elbow (tendonisis). Starting my treatment - ice packs, anti inflammatory gels, strengthening… exactly what you recommend but I will now use the bands instead of weights suggested by my therapist as I trust your experience more ! Thanks Venus !

OMG! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I tried many exercises and tendon massages but these ones are the best and it really relieved the pain. I’m pain-free the whole day. I will definitely do this everyday to totally get rid of my tennis elbow. God bless!

Thanks Venus. I have also found that holding ny racket less tight (2/10 instead of 9/10) helped my elbow heal tremendously. Got that tip from Patrick Mouratoglou.

When my pain is bad, i can barely pick up my phone. The only way I can describe it is it feels like the bones in my arm are aching. Im on the road to recovery though. I do these exercises you're demonstrating, with a 3 kg weight, and it actually helps

Thank you so much Miss Venus. My right shoulder and pain spreading all down the arm... Been more than a month now, I know because of hard housework, and I took pain killers tablets, but I don't like going to see a doctor... I had it on left arm, about some ten years ago, the doctor told me it is called Tennis Elbow...He gave me injection, and all pain disappeared, but now it's the tight arm, and every movement is a torture... Sure I'll try your method, and I thank you again for uploading this video of how to ease the pain with no medication etc... God bless 💙 🙏

I couldn’t have come across this at a better time… I started using Stage 3 balls to alleviate the pain, but it seems ice-heat-rest for a couple days before practicing again have helped… I’m very appreciative that you’ve shared your own remedy as there are about a gajillion ‘Physical Therapists’ on KZbin, all with their own recommendations which becomes overwhelming and counterintuitive. Thanx Venus 🙌🏽

Do you have any tips on how to fix tendinitis in the wrists as well? I’ve been struggling with my backhand for a while because it feels like a sharp pain like tendonitis. I really want to play without pain!!

Thanks for explaining the stress on the tendon! I have been dealing with this for the past couple months. I always do a bunch of farmer walks with free weights, and I overstressed the tendon for sure! It's getting better slowly, but it is the same area of those with tennis elbow. Really loved it when you said that the muscle when not able to deal with the weight and stress, places a stress on the tendon. Great to know some simple exercises to help!

I saw a lot of players using those resistance bands to warm up before matches. It would be really helpful if you can show us some basic resistance band exercises. 😃

Thanks alot, you are irreplaceable. Only inside elbow pain. It happens if I hold my arm in a straight position for a long time and then try to bend the elbow.. specially when i bicycling alot, maybe my position is leaning too much, i try to fix position if i get handlebar riser for my bike..
