It was in the news recently that Jim Ross, the voice of professional wrestling, recently took time off from All Elite Wrestling. In this edition of The Wrestling Outlaws, former WWE head writer Vince Russo outlines a role for JR, while he's at home resting. Head of talent relations! He feels like Jim Ross could do the whole thing over Zoom. NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion EC3 mentions how excited everyone was when they heard that Jim Ross would be a part of TNA.

JR is like 70 years old and the stress of that kind of a job puts on someone his age is not good for him he is better at the commentary booth calling matches.

JR's too old and has been battling serious health problems. The stress from being AEW talent relations would kill JR. I think he knows that too.

He’s been asked about it and has openly said he doesn’t have interest at this age taking on that level of a role and all that it entails. He’s said he’s happy to be an advisor and help how he can but being the head of talent he isn’t interested in
