Это в последних играх они немного прибавили, а до этого была серия, когда они в экономном режиме бегали, и хоккей довольно вялый показывали. Например в последних 10 играх у них 5 побед и 5 поражений.

Помнится, перед сезоном и в начале сезона многие эксперты, журналисты и болельщики скептически оценивали чемпионские перспективы Флориды, считая, что на Востоке предпочтительнее перспективы Рейнджерс, Каролины, Тампы и др. Я же и тогда считал, и сейчас продолжаю считать, что как минимум на Востоке в плей-офф самая мощная команда - это именно Флорида. Да и победитель Запада пока продерется до большого финала через мясорубку с участием Эдмонтона, Вегаса, Колорадо, Далласа, Виннипега, будет уже измочален и обескровлен и станет мягкой булочкой для системной, жесткой, суперсыгранной и опытной Флориды.

НХЛовские комментаторы всегда почему-то произносят фамилию Куликов как Кулаков. Им бы кто объяснил, что Куликов и Кулаков - это совершенно разные фамилии. Первая фамилия от названия болотной птицы, а вторая от слова кулак. Это примерно как если бы произносили не Месси, а Мисье, к примеру. Точно также почти все коверкают как хотят фамилию баскетболиста Антетокоунпо (в оригинале Αντετοκούνμπο).

Every time I watch a Panthers home game I'm blown away by how empty it is. How is that barn not packed every night?

It’s not empty. You can look up NHL attendance numbers and the Panthers are on the better side of the league. For some reason at the start of the periods everyone is late to their seats. And the camera position always shows the side of the arena that’s not entirely full. It’s probably for technical reasons but it’s a bit weird. They do this in other arenas as well making it seem more empty than it really is

Quite a few calls were missed in favor of the panthers tonight. It happens but I wish it didn’t. These are the types of game that officiating 100% dictated the outcome. I’m not saying the kings would’ve won but, the panthers got off easy tonight. Kings were neutered by the refs. That’s the game the panthers play though. The “how much can I get away with” mentality.

@@michaelgibson5270bro I watched the replay a bunch of times…..no way that was a dive. Yall think everything is a dive nowadays. Stick went between his legs and everything. You know slowmo exists right? Kings didn’t challenge it because it was 1-0 and it wasn’t worth the delay of game call if they lose the challenge. Pretty standard coaching decision. Especially when the definition of goaltender interference changes on a nightly basis as many coaches around the league have discussed this season. But sure…it was a dive.
