The contact with anderson by mcavoy was incidental and honestly the huge dive by whoever followed him hurt andersons chances of making save more than mcavoy . plus that pucks in the crease already.

Evidentially you’re not quite seeing the whole picture, but it is a mad scramble, so there’s no harm in that. The Washington defenseman pushed mcavoy over, who then fell on Anderson. You can’t call it goaltender interference when it’s created by your own player

Whether or not Sheary's contact actually resulted in the contact from McAvoy, there was contact (outside of the crease) by Sheary that could've thrown McAvoy off balance and the contact to Anderson was pretty minimal. And then Sheary comes in and makes more contact with Anderson than McAvoy did. I don't really think there's any way that gets overturned.
