Jets defense & Hellebuyck is just too good*. Even though Nashville had over 30 shots almost none of them were dangerous, thanks to Jets D who most of times boxed Nashville's players out from front of the goal so Hellebuyck was able to see most of Nashville's shots. Nashville's key is that defense and shots from blue line and getting lot of people front of goalie for screen, but Jets did brilliant job to counter that.

My Team, The Nashville Predators, did not win game 7 to advance to the next level. I wish they could have because last night I witnessed grown men filled with sadness and awe at the results. Now I must fast till the start of the next hockey season and we start all over again. I'll have my Predators Jersey dry cleaned and put away for next season. Predators, you had a great season and I truly congratulate you on a job well done. Predators are #1 in my book 24/7.

They were absolutely bad goal keeping. Bad stick on the first one, and for whatever reason he opens up top on the second. Defense definitely could have done a better job but he has to have those.

Preds fell apart after Subban goal and never looked the same after that. They were all over the place as Jets took advantage throughout the rest of the game and never looked back. Great series though between these 2. Congrats Jets! Can't wait to see them take on the VGK as I know it'll be epic!

Welp, there goes my bracket. Congrats to the Jets on advancing to the Western Conference Final. Congrats to the Predators on an amazing season, winning the President’s Trophy is huge. 0:42 shows goalie Rinne was in great defending position prior to the shot. Announcer #1 "Oh, man, wow. (In Unbelief) Announcer #2 "How did that get thru?"(Unbelief) Rinne was in unbelief. All who watch the replay should fine little fault with Rinne giving up that goal. At 0:48 Rinne was left alone too long, yet was in ready position. The first shot he stopped. The puck went wobbly airborne to the same Jets player who then flicked that wobbly airborne puck "backhanded" at a "sharp" angle just over Rinne. Announcers were speechless due to unbelief. Pekka Rinne is a great goalie. He only gave up 1 goal (power play at the end of a Preds 2-1 win in game 4) In game 6, Rinne did shut out Winnipeg on their home ice, 4-0.

Laviolette pulls Rinne after the second goal? both goals were greasy, but you keep faith in Rinne. The guy is dominant, and then you put in Saros, a guy that the team in front of him has no confidence in. That took the wind out of the Predators sails for sure.
