If you took an average NHL player who was average at passing and shooting and defense and put him on the same line with 4 all star teammates he could average half a point a game just doing average wide open passes to them. A team that could not scout could just see he gets half a point a game and think he is way better than he is.

Georgiev played well. I think if he just worked on his balance a little bit and played with more calmness, you would be lights out. He already has incredible athleticism and flexibility, so I think if he focused on playing a more positional game, he would be a stud.

Stone isn't the fastest guy but he's a great 50/50 guy, all great players usually have excellent 50/50 battles in them, they just won't be denied the biscuit.

Best stick check by Stoney on Celebrini tonight before the empty net goal! Stoney is the league's best defensive forward right now and every team knows it. I spotted some humiliation on Macklin's face after getting stripped of the puck by the master.

For Sharksfans, I've seen enough of Fourgiev to know he's actually stunningly good on breakaways or penalty shots ie. One-on-one. Not as good with multiple shooters/change of angles but hey, you see a breakaway player heading towards him, he'll almost always shutit down.

2:15 I want to say even as a sharks fan I like whitecloud. He has skill at both offense and defense and that he was not even drafted. Many knights games he never shoots it an I understand why but he can always bring it when called on. In another reality Whitecloud by design of the knights offense gets at least seven shots a game quota. The knights might perform worse ? but whitecloud fans would love his huge stat production increase.

We have seen it since his first game with the Sharks. That awful 2-0 was a backbreaker when the Sharks were playing quite well.

У Сан-Хосе нет задачи прямо сейчас бороться за плей-офф, поэтому они не заигрывают много Аскарова. Летом истекут контракты Георгиева и Ванечека и со следующего сезона Аскаров станет безальтернативно основным вратарем. На ближайшие пару сезонов у Сан-Хосе главная задача - это развивать свою талантливую молодежь, наигрывать игровые связки, обкатывать систему игры. А пока есть возможность взять еще пару талантливых игроков под высокими пиками на ближайших драфтах. К тому же в платежке Сан-Хосе висят довольно тяжелым грузом контракты Кутюра (этот и еще 2 сезона по 8 млн.), Влашика (этот и еще следующий сезон по 7 млн.), а также "акулы" выплачивают часть зарплаты Гертлю, Бёрнсу, Э.Карлсону и продолжают платить по 1,66 млн. Мартину Джонсу. Поэтому им нет смысла сейчас стремиться лезть из кожи вон и выгрызать каждое очко. Через пару лет их платежка заметно освободится, закончат карьеру Влашик и Кутюр, а молодежь окрепнет. Вот где-то с сезона 2026-2027 года Сан-Хосе уже будет ставить серьезные задачи. А сейчас им очень не помешает выбор в топ-3 очень глубокого и сильного драфта-2025 г., ведь под 3 пиком можно будет взять кого-то из Хэгенс, Шэфер, Мартон, а под 4-5 пиком можно будет взять на выбор кого-то из: Миса, Фронделл, или взять Виктора Эклунда в пару к брату Вильяму Эклунду, а можно рискнуть и взять талантливого, но с непростым характером Рябкина.
