3, 3, 3, 2, 2. i did okay today. i don't remember what time i sleep today. maybe around midnight and woke up at 1:40ish p.m. i think. so my guess would be i slept a total of 13 hours and 30 minutes. that would make it 4 hours and 50 minutes of leftover sleep today. combined with yesterday would total it 7 hours and 50 minutes of leftover sleep. a bit too much. i rather oversleep than under sleep any day. but today i oversleep a bit too much, especially when combined with yesterday. i wouldn't mind oversleeping like 3 hours or less a day unless i didn't get enough sleep the previous day or days, then i wouldn't mind oversleeping as much as 6 to 8 hours a day to make up for it. but i am still very happy today that i overslept than under slept. besides, i improved somewhat on one of my martial arts move practice starting today that i became intermediate on this one move just about an hour and a half ago. again, i am very happy today.🙂
