Clip 1- serious for stopping position (parked at the bus stop) Clip 2- minor for hestitation, it was an open junction and safe to go also did not check mirrors to exit the roundabout. Clip 3- minor for not checking mirrors before signalling or checking mirrors before moving to the left lane when the lanes split. Also a serious for not properly observing and not giving way at the give way line. As well as minor for usage of gears, he was in neutral Clip 4-good driving Clip 5- serious for awareness and planning, didn’t notice the truck’s hazards lights and that it in a parking position. Clip 6- minor for correct positioning. Was to the left of the road when turning right on a one way Clip 7- minor for gear change (maybe lol) Clip 8- minor for mirrors and possible hesitation. Then serious for stalling as in incorrect gear, causing him to hold up traffic behind

Man, UK really needs to telegraph where bus stops are. Everyone's saying first clip he parked at a bus stop. I don't see anything at all. In the rest of Europe, you have painted lines, bus sign, benches to sit on, maybe even a roof. Wack

A lot do have markings on the road that say "bus stop" but some do just have a pole and sign that says '"bus stop" (like in this video.) Some do have seating as well but that's less common when the bus stop is on a residential road.

i thought of this video idea the other day, you must have read my mind ! a proper test on whether i know my stuff hahaha clip 1 - serious fault (stopping at a bus stop) clip 2 - minor i think ?? (lane discipline) clip 3 - serious fault (undue hesitation / gears as in neutral preventing from moving out) clip 4 - good driving? maybe could've checked more clip 5 - serious fault (undue hesitation / awareness of stopped truck, instructor had to intervene) clip 6 - minor ??? (should have positioned to the right of the road as appears to be one way) clip 7 - 50/50 minor or serious so pin would mark as serious (changed to gear 1 instead of 3 - did not affect traffic around but still can be counted as serious) clip 8 - serious fault (gears/stalling which was reacted to late and affected the traffic behind, required intervention)

Clip 1 - good driving - stops by the lamp post he is already away from bus stop. Good use of mirrors and close to kerb. Clip 2 - serious - lane positioning Clip 3 - serious - ETA Clip 4 - minor - observation at junction, he looks left right but no left again. And his checks are slow, by the time he moves off and looks left again he is already on the road and a vehicle had plenty of time to show up. It's a good visibility junction but he didn't check enough. Clip 5 - serious- planning Clip 6 - minor - road positioning turning right Clip 7 - minor - control gears Clip 8 - serious - hesitation, white car was turning left so could keep going slow in 2nd gear but selects wrong gear and stalls obstructing traffic from behind. Overall, other minors during the serious clips. Clearance from white van on clip 3. And needs to improve mirror checks. Also control changing gear is a minor but he does it often it becomes serious.

Clip 1: Good driving - found a safe spot to park, slowed down well and its not opposite to a junction. Clip 2 : Minor - no mirror checks done when exiting the roundabout. Clip 3: 2 Minors and overall a serious - no mirror checks done when changing lanes and moving off in neutral are minors. Serious is the merging into the main road without proper observations( instructor had to intervene). Clip 4 : minor - gear problems and slightly about to stall. Clip 5 : minor - no mirror checks done before exiting. Clip 6 : Good driving - although slow coming out, good technique was demonstrated in terms of creeping out, good use of clutch control and also good leaning forward to check for traffic. Clip 7 : minor - gear selection problems by going into first. could have been serious had there been traffic behind. Clip 8 : serious - stalled and became an obstruction to the traffic behind.

Clip 1- serious- blocking bus stop, it can be dangerous as it makes the bus stop somewhere else causing congestion and potentially impatient drivers or for the people to get off the bus in an unsafe place. Clip 2- minor- hesitation and lack of mirror checks, he had a clear view to be going a little faster that it’s clear and didn’t check his mirrors when coming off before indicating. Clip 3- serious- failed with observations making you having to take control to use the brake. no mirror checks before indicating and was approaching too slow and also got close to the parked van however they are on double yellows. Clip 4- good driving- did mirror checks, was on point with his surroundings, good clutch control. With all due respect, I disagree with you, because you can see that the road does not contain the mandatory lines or dotted lines in the middle of the road. It's important to communicate with the oncoming traffic from the other side (in case there is less space due to parked cars). The rule always applies that you should drive as far left as possible if possible in the UK. He did that well when he arrived at the intersection. He positioned his car on the correct side of the road. That's why I also think he drove well.

1 good driving- pulls up safely on the left and doesn't block any driveways or roads. 2 minor fault- no left mirror check when leaving the roundabout. 3 serious fault- junction observation but in my opinion I'm not sure he actually noticed the give way line. 4 good driving- good observations doesn't roll back on the gradient 5 serious fault- use of mirrors change direction. The car on the right had to change lanes to avoid a collision. 6 good driving- makes good observation before emerging. 7 minor fault- control gears. He tried to go from 4th to 5th but instead ends up selecting 3rd gear so the was harsh engine braking. Since noone was affected by it, it was only marked as a minor but if there was a vehicle following close behind this would be a serious as there would be no warning (brake lights) to show this. 8 serious fault- control gears. When entering the roundabout he fails to get it into 1st gear so he stalls and becomes obstruction.

Clip 1:Serious - pulled over at the bus stop Clip 2:Minor - didn't check left mirror before indicating and coming off of the roundabout, but there wasn't anyone there so wasn't dangerous. Clip 3: Serious - you had to break to stop him pulling out when at the give way line. Clip 4: good driving Clip 5: Serious - you had to verbally intervene. Should have indicated into the right hand lane earlier to overtake but was slow to react so he pulled out on the van and got too close to the lorry. Clip 6: Minor - as he was on a oneway road he should of positioned himself to the right at the end of the road to allow other cars to turn left but as there weren't any vehicles waiting to turn right he didn't hold anyone up. Clip 7: Minor - control of gears. he went into 1st instead of 3rd but as the car behind was far away it doesn't look like they had to slowdown or break because of it. Clip 8: serious - went into 3rd gear instead of st so stalled on the roundabout and held up traffic behind him. Was also slow and needed assistance to restart the car and get going again.

Clip 1- Good Clip 2- Serious -- Poor positioning on roundabout, entered in 3rd gear- shouldve been 2nd, didnt look at front and left mirror before signalling to come off. Clip 3- Serious- moved into a rd from a give way before properly checking right - there was a white van approaching. shouldve approached with more caution, stopped and waited, observed, then moved off. He moved off in 3rd gear which makes me think he doesnt understand the gears properly. Clip 4- Good/ Minor -- cars parked on his side so other cars had priority but they were waiting so i guess he was in the right to just go? Clip 5- Serious - He shouldve changed lanes as soon as he saw the hazard, he left it too late which affected traffic behind. He didnt check front and left mirror before moving back into left lane. Clip 6- Minor - Signal too early- looked like he was going to drive into the car park. Also undue hesitation at the junction. Clip 7- Minor- poor gear control. Clip 8- Serious- this dude is not ready to do mock tests! he should focus on learning basic gear control first. this was serious as it affected traffic around him.

Clip 1:Serous fault - Parked at a bus stop Clip 2 : Minor - no mirror checks done when exiting the roundabout. Clip 3: 2 Minors and overall a serious - no mirror checks done when changing lanes and moving off in neutral are minors. Serious is the merging into the main road without proper observations( instructor had to intervene). Clip 4 : minor - gear problems and slightly about to stall. Clip 5 : minor - no mirror checks done before exiting. Clip 6 : Good driving - although slow coming out, good technique was demonstrated in terms of creeping out, good use of clutch control and also good leaning forward to check for traffic. Clip 7 : minor - gear selection problems by going into first. could have been serious had there been traffic behind. Clip 8 : serious - stalled and became an obstruction to the traffic behind.
