Delete the app from your storage and the console then re download the app. Should work.

Ok that’s what you do if you have a USB in but what if you don’t because it says in linked in and everything but when I try to open the app it asks for me to log in through one of the three ways I’ve tried all three ways and nothing happens it still asks for me to log in

Yeah I forgot most of what I did but i did do a console reset and I gave it a day or two and it worked itself out

@@ShinigamiHulk it’s all sorted now so what I did was go into my Spotify app on my phone turn the volume up on their. Then changed the volume on the tv the ps5 is connected to. Then it started working. Though thanks for getting back so fast

I'm trying to make spotify work on my PS5 it's just stuck on the boot logo when I start the app and I try to play a song on the quick menu but it says there was a problem playing the song, my spotify account is linked but can't actually play music

@@user-ck7hc9ui5m I refreshed my PS5 turning it off and then on and spotify started working so I think it was a bug signing into PS5 for first time and I just had to refresh it

With Spotify if you had it installed before you have to uninstall it from the old drive, delete it. Then install the latest version and sign in. That should work.

All ps4 games stored should still be there. Ps5 games in the past couldn’t go on storage, but i believe their data can now.

Yea the extended storage primarily saves pa4 games. You need the internal storage add on to store ps5 games.

At first I tried a couple times to link out and Than link in to Spotify (in manage account I think ) In the end I open the devices by mistake on my phone and the ps5 just showed there and than it fixed so just do it a couple of times and a couple restarts to the application and the ps 5 and I hope that it will be ok and you will see the ps5 on the Spotify app .
