Hey where did u make the complaint? well my song is constantly getting added to weird bot playlist like yours..i just reported against these playlist adds on spotify for artist itself ..using the help option.. .good to hear your song is back...hope spotify rectifies these issues and the artist should have 100% control over playlist adds..

@@priyanujdoloi5055 I spoke to spotify for artists on the support section. even though I told them, the song still got deleted - I just reuploaded it! fingers crossed your music is ok

The same thing happened to me & I didn’t pay for streams!! I noticed a playlist from Finland caused a spike in the streams & then 2 weeks later, my song was being taken down. I re-uploaded the song to Spotify & used the original ISRC. The song is back on now but the artificial streams re-appeared so I’m nervous it will get taken down again :(

oh no, so sorry to hear that! did you use any playlisting services, was it added to the same playlist as before? it really is a scam and needs to be looked at!

Hey, my Album was just removes due to false streams. I dont even know how to or can afford false streams. I reuploaded it through distrokid with the same ISRC and all sorts. Will my album be restored?

@Vekken Yeah i reuploaded with the same ISRC and everything saved. Although, my royalties were taken down, and rest to sure, there is the chance my music will be taken down again.

Same thing happed to me. Spotify points to Distrokid and vice versa. Absolutely infuriating and totally unfair.

They removed one of my songs as well now. This is completely frustrating. Why go after small artists and dont simply delete fake playlists?! In your case it's even more frustrating, because you have been actively trying to prevent this situation. At this point I think we have to get together and unionize...

Sorry to hear you have the same situation. As you can see there are a few comments saying the same thing has happened to us all. I guess there is something much larger going on and that they really do not care one bit about independent artists. I agree, artists should get together but sadly I doubt anyone cares enough about it! Have you tried re uploading your song with the same ISRC but different length of the audio file? I have not tried this, yet

@@Vekken I think you are definetly right! This is coorparate music trying to remove small musicians from accessing money they want to keep in their pockets, most likely. Benn Jordan made a great video about this issue. I haven't tried yet, but they already announced to me that they can't approve the song in the future "as stores won't allow this" They might detect the song very fast.

@@Vekken Yes and one of those things I believe and also speaking to other industry people is it coming down to minimise royalty payments after a record breaking $4 billion in royalty payments to the independent artist community last financial year. There's also a LOT more at play but this being one of them.

spotify downfall is here, i think this "company" is done, with all this AI $hit where it not needed it "operates" and you can't control if someone will loop your song for days..

You would think they would just remove the playlist responsible and not the artist. how long did it take them to remove the tracks after the notification?

took a day or two from the first emails, they sent 3 overnight within a couple hours - then the track was offline. so frustrating! and yeah, playlist still up and scamming people
