Chelsea you're looking very tough. I'd like to try to add a little to your training, even though I'm not a fighter, I'm just someone who likes watching women's MMA. You've probably learned a great deal from your father and have practiced your skills extensively against many women and men. There's only one point I wanted to make, and that being men and women fight differently because of different physical make-ups of their bodies. A woman has most of her muscle mass in her hips and thighs and a man has most of his muscle mass in his upper body. Therefore, as you might know a woman kicks and grapples quite well, whereas a man relies mostly on punching. To get to my point, you would probably benefit from training with and against another woman. Trying not to rely on punching skills, but rather your physical make-up and strengths. Even though there are times in a fight with a woman that a good punch is quite appropriate and should be used. Consider using your elbows, your knees and legs, along with jui-jitsu and judo throwing skills, to win a fight. Just to demonstrate how effective kicking skills can be used, there is a video on KZbin under the call-up title "woman against man in Muay Thai". She was a much smaller woman than the male she fought, but she won that fight in 2 rounds. So what I wanted to add is not to give-up your training with men, but to also include a woman expert in perfecting your techniques and fighting skills. And try to learn to be an "instinctive, female fighter" not a follower of punching like you learn training with just a man. @@carlosmorris4510 No it wasn't a spiel; those are the facts as I've been able to see them. Especially my issues on muscle mass. And I have been told by one trainer "that's exactly what I tell my girls". So maybe I'm right or maybe I'm wrong about the matter of getting a female trainer to assist you if you are a woman fighter; but more important is a woman's training, obviously. It's not muscle mass in Japan, where men karate fighters have just as muscle in their legs as a woman a does, so.
