I listened this program again. I think it is a good idea to take The Sabbatical, for the people who working to much. We must your vision point to the work and work less and live more. Sometimes it is worth making a change to regain the joy of work and life.

In the poor countries, when people works only to survive. In the rich countries and the selected group this idea have the place. I think we all should this possibility.

I think sabbatical is a good process to improve knowledge and commitment on the company a person works. It represents you are important and people take care of you.

I've heard about Sabbath Month/Year... I think it's the same with the Sabbatical. And yes, I agreed it is still not offer in many companies and it's a kind of waste for others because of financial matter. It is better for many to continue to work so they could earn more money to support their needs. And the best thing to do is to have day off and to apply leave somedays for relaxation and spend time more with the Creator.

I am a christian so I always rest on Sunday. At first I think workless means working less than normally!
