Anxiety is never a good ride. I get anxiety in certain scenarios, not very often fortunately enough. Be careful if you take medication for it. Some of the stuff my previous docs prescribed messed me up really bad. The only thing that helps me these days is a little session of deep breaths, and the occasional jazz cabbage as I like to call it. I use CBD for pain and a little bit herb with around 25% THC to calm me down when I need it. Hope you find a way to keep it under control my friend. Stay safe and much love!

Skinwalker or not, just being in a cave would freak me out. Probably more so at night, but no matter what it would freak me out. There's just something about them that makes me very uncomfortable. It's not really claustrophobia, it's more like the possibility of getting lost/stuck. It also speaks to my flight or fight instincts, not knowing what could be around the corner.

I'd guess it comes from being a tall person forced to fit in much smaller spaces XD Tight spaces to me are a close equivalent to water. I love to swim in pools or the occasion natural source if it's crystal clear, but most lakes/ beaches in my area are murky. I can't see where I'm stepping, what the currents are like, or what might be around me. If something means me harm, I'm a gangly ape out of my element and an easy target. The few times I'd been coaxed into lakes or oceans were just nonstop anxiety until I got out. Tight spaces, specifically caves, affect me in a similar way. I'm tall and have screwy balance. Like literally going down the dark hallway in my own home I've had moments where I nearly tip over. It's weird, but usually only happen if I move fast. In a small cave, I don't know what's around corners. If I have to wiggle through a space I don't know what's in front of me, behind me, or in the space with me. Good chance it can move better than I can, trying to shuffle my long limbs forward. And if I have to flee, dim lighting almost guarantees I'll stumble. I'm basically the complete opposite of a thrill-seeker, pretty much XD

The hollow sounds of that rock sounds like it could be slate rock so even just tapping on that rock like that you could have dislodged a huge chunk that could have crushed you both... and judging from that rock falling sound around 4:45 in the video. This mine is called the Fredrickson mine. They mined zinc there, and actually would have been used as a fallout shelter in case of a nuclear war back in the 80’s.
