Thank you for this helpful video. I just wanted to make sure that only the principal applicant has to submit the application, correct? Therefore, that means that the forms the sponsor has to fill out (EX. IMM 1344 form) and submit are going to be added to the online application that the principal applicant has to submit, correct? In other words, do the sponsor and principal applicant submit one application with all the forms required for both of them?

One question my husband lives in US green card holder but uses Pakistani passport he only has given name on PK passport but all documents in US has his fathers name as Family name. I am the main applicant, my passport will expire in 9 months and we want to start the sponsorship process. But do you recommend that I obtain another passport before starting the sponsorship (getting a new one takes me a month)? Are the forms sent all at the same time? I say this because I don't want to waste time. I have a tourist visa and it is my first month in Canada.

Hi thanks for watching. In my option, its better to obtain a new passport as soon as possible in order to avoid any additional requests from IRCC at the later stage. I am not sure how this works if passport expires in between the process. I guess in any case you must obtain your passport within 6 months before it gets expired and your passport becomes void.

Initiated means you have opened the form and started filling some details, but have not completed all the required information yet and pending for submission. Helloo! As you mentioned that your wife converted her tourist visa to PR while she was in Canada, I have a few questions with regards to that: PS. My husband is already in Canada on a Work Permit and I was added to his PR application. 1. While the PR application is in process, I have also applied for a tourist visa, can I visit Canada and convert my TRV to PR once my application is approved there itself or will I have to get my passport stamped in India? Is it possible to change the address on the PR file after I have reached Canada? 2. Someone told me that if I'm in Canada on TRV while waiting for my PR, my PR application will get delayed, is that true?

Hello, thanks for watching our video. Yes you can apply your TRV application while your PR application is in progress. It's not like you just convert your TRV to PR just by being in Canada. You become the PR once your PR application is approved, otherwise you need to leave canada and come back before TRV expires. Being in Canada on TRV doesn't delay your PR application. You just call to IRCC and ask them to update your address to Canada address from everywhere in your PR application file. Also if your PR is approved while you are already in Canada, you follow the virtual landing process (video in on this channel for eCoPR) Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe 😊🙏🤞

Hi, Thanks for watching. If your husband is a PR then yes, this would be almost same process. Know the difference between inland and outland application. My videos are based on outland application since my wife was outside of canada. but as you are already inside, so it will be inland spousal applicaton process for you. only a few things change. Like the way you answer some questions in the forms, checklist, etc. also check the forms you need to fill. you can see that once you create a profile on the portal and choose you are already inside (something like this), and it will show what forms you need to fill based on your situation. you can watch my full 2 hour video where I have filled all the forms which were required in my case (outland), but even for inland, that would be mostly same. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qX3QgaKFgM53eNE Hope this helps, please like share and subscribe :)

Hello, My wife is having PR and I am having open work permit(PGWP). My wife is sponsoring me. So my question is under whose name I should create the portal? As you said create under principal applicant name (That's me right). I have created under my name(Principal applicant) It's asking basic information about principal applicant after that there is a section called "ADD DEPENDANT". I'm already dependant under my wife PR, So should I add dependant and fill out my details or else just leave it blank? Please clarify me. TIA

Its called inland application , so in Canada Class is the right option and you will have to stay within canada until you get the PR. Thanks for watching. Hello, i dont think you need to create a separate account. Just check what forms it is showing for you to fill. Do you have space to fill those forms in your express entry profile? Sorry, I dont have much information about adding your spouse to the express entry profile. But if you find the IMM number form for the spouse, you can probably find that IMM form on this channel guiding how to fill that.

She went to home country for our baby delivery. I wanna bring my baby to canada. Question is- 1 as I have to apply through out sponsor visa do I have to do the same online process as you did? 2. Hello thanks for reaching out. Since you both are PR, I suggest to apply for your child’s visit visa and explain your situation clearly. Generally it shouldn’t be a problem for a newborn’s visit visa since you both are PR and how an infant can live without their parents. Write an emotional letter of explanation clearly. Once the visit visa is approved and the child is in Canada, you can start for inland PR application. I am not an expert but this is my opinion. Please explore your own options too. 🙏

Hello, thanks for watching. The account should be created by the applicant. Not the sponsor. In my case, i was the sponsor who was living in Canada. Are you an inland applicant or inside Canada already? Yes you need to apply for the PR card. If you are outlander, then i guess you need to come to canada to confirm your PR status and officers will do the process and you will get your PR card by post in 4 to 6 weeks.
