So August 23rd is 13 months for us, still have no NOA2 approval letter. My lawyers are saying K3 Visas are more a priority right now and have a quicker processing time. So they said if we wanted to we could get married in my fiancés country and send proof off to them so they can speed up our process converting it to K3 visa.
