I guess using a consultant was the first mistake they made. My wife applied for student visa jointly and got her visa in a month. My spousal work visa is approved took about three weeks longer and is now in transit from Singapore (i'm bangladeshi) probably will take a week to arrive. The best thing my wife did was to buy a printer that also does good quality photocopy. Notarizing all documents u scan is also probably equally important. No matter how hectic the paperwork is you need to have confidence to fill it up yourself ; then maybe have someone take a second look.

Hi Dear Parul, Hope u will in good health. I often watch ur videos. I am working in Zimbabwe on work permit as a Country Procurement Manager with a Steel Manufacturing firm. My wife is in Canada on study permit in Toronto since Dec 2020. I am applying for open work permit. As i have seen on the immigration website. They are not asking for Marriage certificate, funds & relation proof. There is no such form is there to fill. On the upload of documentation : there are three forms i.e. Work Permit form, Family , details form & Medical form. May u plz help me, how to provide the information of relationship, marriage certificate & funds by filling which form.
