@@canadianjatti every province has its own healthcare. If you havr Alberta heathcare than you cant access Ontario or British Columbia healthcare. You have to qualify for each other province healthcare to obtain a healthcard number. You can find more on their websites

They just bill back to your province. I have seen a doctor in BC using my AB healthcare. They just bill the visit back to AB. Too much misinformation on these types of videos and in the comments.

02:29 There's only 5% GST here in Alberta, not 9%-10%. I'll speak about Calgary only. Rental depends on which areas you live in. 1 Bedroom Apartment goes from 750 to 1200 depending on the areas. Also regarding the minimum wage and salary, it is very difficult and almost impossible to find a job that keeps you working for 40 hours a week, most jobs hire people for 32-35 hours a week and that too depends on what field you choose. Most of the places (Even Amazon) have stopped hiring in December, this is a big mess. We have very few high-paying positions as we're still transitioning from Oil & Gas Based economy to Services based economy. Living here without a car is impossible as it is a very big city and commute is very difficult without a car. Now, coming to driver's license. I suggest everyone complete their G license in Ontario if they want to get a full driver's license here in Calgary or Alberta and don't even think about bringing or showing them your country's license as they will take it right away, only 1 license is allowed here in Alberta and they take any license you have if you're pulled over and have multiple licenses (eg from India, Pakistan) you will get charged for not obeying the law. If you feel comfortable surrendering your license then do it before they get to you. Good Luck everyone!

2:29 Alberta has only 5% tax (GST only). It doesn't charge any PST. For an outdoor person, if you live in Alberta once, you will not want to live anywhere else in Canada. Few other pointers - Plus there are lot of white collar jobs in Alberta depending on what your field of interest is. All the Oil & Gas companies in Canada have headquarters in Alberta. O&G contributes around 8-12% of Canada's GDP and supports a lot of other sectors which have their offices in Alberta (White collar jobs). If you are a core engineer, Alberta is the place for you. Per capita income is highest in Alberta.

1. Disagree, Toronto is not only the gate way to travel to India. Major Airlines connect Via Europe, which makes ticket price get more cheaper. Also you get multiple options of transit ports. I agree with you about Travel time. But each time i travelled over Europe with Schengen Visa, i could visited one new country (Good for exploring and 1-2week break) 2. Kacche Raste?? Bhai where did you saw kacche raste in Alberta province? I roamed all most all places around. Never saw one. Yeah except in national parks. Where usually no one take car, people go by trekking. you can also take Bicycle though

Construction is always going on in the summer’s here in Ontario too. I lived in BC, I have seen construction there in summer too always. I have seen Alberta too, is it no different than other provinces. It is not really a con. I would say the opposite in Ontario, you are always stuck in traffic.

Calgary is the only major affordable city in Canada for current and future generations Canadians and Immigrants. Calgary also has fastest growing tech, finance and film industry. Moreover, Calgary is also world’s cleanest and most livable city. I am already seeing some of my friends and family members who work from home moving to Calgary to buy home and get rid of expensive rental life in ON or BC.
