Great video Sanjay, can you make one for portals and kb articles. The tricky part is - Entitlement has something known as kb access level but it's not related to KB articles because the KB articles does not have any field related to entitlement

Good video. In my enviroment I need attach some files in my article but "KnowledgeArticleAttachmentSection" section are not visible (like your video), how can I fix it and attach some files ?

Hi, do you know if we can have two knowledge bases running concurrently? 2 departments at my work are transitioning to d365 but they need different information. Is it possible so that only deptA can see KBAs targeted at dept A and cannot see dept B’s KBA vice versa? Basically 2 different groups having access to different KBAs
