Why dont you go energy amp anymore? I think it gives you way more opportunities to make plays than the other items and its needed to secure/contest ray when behind.

I can pretty much stack with lane greninja. With that in mind, is it still better to go with rapid scarf over weight?

Rapid scarf actually isn't that amazing on shuriken due to how the cooldowns and duration of scarf and Greninja's other moves work

Weight works very well with surf chain and shuriken damage overall + Smokescreen+ gives extra overall percent damage for surf and Basic attacks so it doubles up with the 6 Attack weight stacks
