Funny you should say that about Double Team/Surf. I was playing with my son yesterday and he said he likes that moveset even though he knows everybody says it's not optimal. Why is it not optimal?

in my experience the abilities just don't synergize as with water shuriken and double team you get more dmg than surf and double team and with smokescreen and surf smokescreen gives you invisibility so you can get in and out a little more easily and it boost the dmg of your surf if you use it immediately out of invis so it can execute more easily and reset your surf. TLDR it dosent synergize as well as the other abilities with eachother but still good and very fun just not "meta"

With shuriken u will need to maintain distance, so double team lets u have that and also confuses the opponent. With surf u need to sneak in as u r practically an assassin and smoke screen lets u sneak in easily

Double-stacking lane shuriken ninja, when pulled off correctly, can be so OP. It does take a lot of teamwork to get online though, so it sadly doesn't work in this state of matchmaking

Yo Jake Can you please make the next video of Ho-oh Fire Spin and Flamethrower? And as for midpoint, you can simply ask for a poll of greninja movesets or ask which pokemon you all think will best pair with greninja. I am more of a defender player so I don't have any opinion on greninja but if anyone has, just try to make me a user of greninja.

He has a couple videos of flamethrower fire spin Ho-Oh uploaded already. And Greninja in lane is good with any pokemon that runs exp share or early game pokemon like Eeveea, Azumaril, Ninetails etc. Any pokemon can be played in lane just you're gonna struggle playing late game pokemon in lane like Garchomp or Tink
