Played arbok weezing for 22 minutes and got it. By far the most plasticity of any top deck being played And if you can get koga active in the late game it’s devastating. Happy grinding player

1st attempt. Got to 4 wins with a Starmie EX deck. 5th game v Pika EX. I flip heads, nightmare. They put out Zapdos EX. Long story short they got their 3 energy and somehow rolled 200 damage 3 times in a row!

Started the event using a Blaine deck, lost on my 4th win, then switched to Koga deck and breezed through my 5. Love the Koga deck, feels like the most skillful deck to use.

I only got to four wins once… My opponent quit after accidentally using a Blaine turn one. Then my next opponent didn’t even show up and I won by default… I feel like I cheated but guess I’m done the event now…

Koga, weez, Arbok, wiggly - loving this deck! Went 8-11 games and got the emblem on my second go around. Didn’t run into a single mewtwo, pika, or articuno deck though. Super strange

It only took me 8 battles, I am feeling pretty smug. 😂 Thanks to Pikachu/Raichu/Zapdos. I thought I was going to lose to 18 trainers Articuno on the 5th game but I managed to Lt. Surge into Raichu by drawing x speed literally at the last moment. Dramatic lol

Got my first game in the streak with a Koga Greninja deck and the last four with a Koga Wigglytuff. Happened pretty quickly, the meta has come full circle where it's a pretty nice counter pick.

I was lucky enough to complete it on my first try, thpugh I played different decks: First game Weezing/Alakazam, second Blaine and then the last three with Charcanine (sorry but I have so many beautiful cards for this deck and I also find it quite fun). Hopefully everyone can get their wins as quickly as possible!

Took me 18 games to get 5 wins. Lost on 4 wins once and 3 wins 3 times. Got it using mewtwo-gard for the first 3 games, then pivoted to Blaine for the last 2 since Mewtwo is slow in setting up especially with bricked hands.

This has been by far my least favourite event in this entire game because I do not have the cards to play Pikachu ex OR Mewtwo ex, still. Free to play (not by choice) and it's rough getting through this with what I got. I made it to 3 consecutive wins a few times, and that's it. The completionist in me is weeping.

Almost nobody has every card, but you can use the cards you have to make a cheap, boring deck for wins, or you can actually try to be creative and original with the game by experimenting a bit. I think this event is stupid as hell. It encourages people to play boring metas so they can show some lame little emblem on their opponent's screen for two seconds; Something almost everyone has easily earned already and says absolutely nothing about their skill level or deck building ability. Who cares? Just play the game. It's fun.
