We get those puffers in Florida in early March. We call the smooth puffers or Rabbitfish. Very good eating. We have a chef who knows how to clean them and make fugu. I love them. The "bullet tuna" you caught is a false albacore aka bonita in the US. They are everywhere here. No one here eats them because they are very bloody but I have made sashemi from them before and its ok. Keep up the good work!
