In this video, I’m speaking about my daily routine in Dutch. This video is related to my past three videos where I talk about separable verbs.

Ik ben hier want Ik wil meer Nederlands luisteren. Bedankt voor jouw videos. Ze helpen me veel. Ik kom uit Brazilie. Ik heb Nederlands gestudeerd op school voor 1 jaar maar ik denk dat mijn Nederlands niet goed is. Ik kan nog steeds geen Nederlands spreken of begrijpen. Ik ga vier dagen per week naar school. Maandag en dinsdag studeer ik schrijven en lezen, donderdag en vrijdag studeer ik mondeling en luisteren. Ik studeer ook bijna 2 uur thuis na de les Nederlands. Soms denk ik dat Nederlands erg moeilijk is en dat ik het nooit zal begrijpen.

In fact, eating late is really unhealthy. Going to bed while your stomach has to digest instead of resting... not a good idea. The best is to have the last meal not later than 6PM and, if you get really hungry until 10 or 11PM, eat one or two fruits. If you do that, you will be hungry in the morning and be able to have a really good, solid meal before starting the day, instead of doing that before going to bed. A lot of people complain they cannot eat in the morning, but the reason is they eat a lot in the evening. Skipping breakfast is a really bad idea, as this does not respect the natural rhythm of life and our need for nutriments and energy. Also, skipping breakfast increases the level of stress hormones in one's body, which is not good especially for people who are somewhat more anxious or go through stressful times.
