Here is a brief overview of each of the pu-erh tea cakes we pressed in Spring 2021. I give a few details about the tasting profile, the terroir and how they relate to each other. We've released many tea cakes this harvest and I hope this video will help you pick the right ones for you.
The cakes presented are Jingmai Miyun, Jingmai Gulan, Jingmai single trees, Meng Noy, Lao Man E Shengtai, Lao Man E Gushu, Pasha small trees, Pasha Gushu, Nannuo, Naka, Baka, Dongguo, Ao Ne Me, Lafu, Huey Wa big trees and Huey Wa big trees.
