Hi Charlotta! The skirt ruffle waistband feels like an interpretation of how in the 90s and early 2000s, young men (especially around where I lived in California where they were involved in gangs, or skateboarding) would wear their cotton boxer briefs above the waistline of their sagging trousers.

Hi Kait, that’s so well spotted, I bet you’re right. I remember those trousers/boxer combinations.

I really liked the green hat and I spied the Gucci burgundy outfit at the beginning. Love the details on the jacket with the drawstring waistline and the collar shape. There are some crazy things coming down the catwalk at the moment. I swore I would never wear my waistline on my hips again as you are forever having to hitch it up, so uncomfortable.

The Red Gucci is beautiful. Yes, lots of super low waistline again!

Great review, thanks a lot🙏👍! I regret only about the sound

Sorry, what do you mean, is it too quiet or uneven? Thanks

@@charlotta_patterncuttingschool too low this time compared to your other videos or other videos on KZbin. There might be an issue during the recording. But we'll watch it slowly and with pauses for the analysis, it worth it. Thanks again!

thanks for explaining. That’s exactly the issue I’m having. I’m recording at normally microphone level, but all the recordings for the last few weeks have been super low. It’s driving me mad! Glad you can still enjoy it and I’ll try to fix it.

Great review. I agree, these styles don't work for the average woman, . Thanks for breaking them down.

You are so welcome!

There’s nothing average about being a discerning woman who is not influenced by these twit designers - they are a complete waste of space and well below the so called average woman.

I wish the fashion industry would stop trying for the “wow” factor and start bringing classy back.

Totally agree! But then you’d just buy a few classy pieces which last forever and still look good and they wouldn’t be able to sell as much!
