Spring allergy season gets longer

Warmer winter and fall seasons are leading to increasingly longer allergy seasons. Those with and without allergies may experience symptoms like sneezing, sniffling, runny nose and itchy eyes for months and months. Allergy treatments include avoidance, over-the-counter medications like antihistamines and immunotherapy. Dr. Monica Kraft is an allergist/immunologist at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and assistant professor of otolaryngology at the Ohio State University College of Medicine.
