Spring animation in solidworks HD

I did the coil part with snack in between the coil. But when it come to simulation, only the coil moves. Do you have any idea how to move together the snacks (in between the coil) and the spring for simulation purpose ?

when i exit the sketch and try to sweep the profile in fact the icon of swept cut is not available at this time only extrude and revolve what is the problem with me??

I can't tell solidworks to consider my springs flexible; the option is not available. I am an old autocad user...

Nice animation but what use? I can pull out a spring from my ball pen and see how it works. Nice simulations don"t make good engineering. It would have been useful if you showed how SW can design a spring for a give application, say again the ball pen. What should be the ID, OD, open length, closed length, wire dia etc for given inputs of force and stroke.
