the colorpop highlighter is really good, its not liquid but its somewhere between a cream and a powder, so you do risk breaking it , mine did but i was able to press it back into the pan and its seems fine

I can't speak about Boulder but I was just in Colorado Springs and the town people were very friendly. It's a conservative community. Lots of churches that open up to college students. Focus on the Family is based there. I found the Air Force community to also be kind. I noticed that Denver is a melting pot of sorts so you may be picking up that vibe over in Boulder too? Best of luck in Boulder. (. Baylor is an amazing school and community and I'm sure they'll love to have you join their family if u transfer. .)
