I think the best bargains are always found next to the turnpike. Most there are not "professional " swap meeters. They are the "clean out the shop" type. Next to that Chevy van sat a complete modified 59AB Ford flat head for 125 bucks! I didn't take my truck to Carlisle. 😢

That and and it's a hike up that hill and a lot of people save the hill for last

What day were you there? I went on Saturday and a lot of the vendors either were packing up or have left already I think it was because of the rain forecasted.

This was filmed on Friday a lot of people were scared off by the rain. And Fridays are always better as well

Look like a bunch of empty spaces in the video, do you think it was really the weather or is the Carlisle swap meet starting to go downhill ??? I had gone there for 20 plus years and the last few years, there were empty spaces throughout the grounds and the vendors weren't happy with the way it was going

Its still doing pretty good most of this was up on the hill it's normally thinner up there down below in the main field was packed with vendors till the rain came
