Thank you Shelley with bars I don't know exactly what the process is , but I think you can probably grate them like chease or melt them before mixing them, Thank you ♥

You can melt the beeswax, it is easier to grate it first. Otherwise it takes a long time to melt. Be carefull when you put the turpetine in the wax. No fire as it can easy catch a flame. And you need "terpetijn"not "terpetine"I don't know the English words, this is Dutch. Terpetine is a paint remover and not good for furniture.

I'm in New Zealand so we are heading into Autumn but I still like to do a seasonal clean up, particularly in the garden but also around my home. There's something so therapeutic about removing objects, doing an in depth clean and then returning things to a nice clean space. Oy yes autumn is another good season for that while you can still keep windows opened before the colder season. It's true I like how it keeps the mind quiet, yes that's the cherry on the cake to enjoy the clean room or space. Have fun with your autumn cleaning !Thank you !

Thank you Amanda, yes for those if use who have a special relation to our homes, these tasks are quite fun and pleasant to do, yes she is a happy cat especially when sun comes back , yes teh beeswax made this way is really nice you just need to let it dry longer maybe 1hour at least before using a cloth and make it shine. I started my spring clean this week! I am very much looking forward to how you take care of your old books. I have quite a few Thoreau , Emerson and Dickens volumes from the 19th century that I love to read but am not sure how to take care of other than brushing the leaves close to the spine with a very soft flat artists brush.

Good! for now it's more for older books that I found ways to take care of them.My tricks wouldn't work for most of 19th books as they often have, fabric , or colored leather covers , I know there are things to do with those, I'm not familiar with them. Enjoy your spring cleaning!
