I don’t get how that’s not the biggest fishing channel in the whole KZbin. Watching their videos is like we are dreaming. It’s pure art

Not pop-culture enough. Needs more twerkin' :) But nobody wants to see Dave do that... so here we are ;) Glad you're here and good to hear you love it.

Absolutely couldn't agree more.. every chance I get a spare breathe ir seems as if I'm spreading the word about this channel. So lucky they put videos out despite the views. When I see an absolute master piece only get 70k views it scares me they will quit. Bur replys like you just got. Reinsure me that they'll continue making these.

@@FinclipRIP The truth is that people in the KZbin audience are coming to the point where they are going to have to make a choice if they want their favorite channels to survive the long haul. In our case, we ask our audience to come over to our Patreon Channel to get the full, extended edits and to get the Producers' Notes that enhance each video -> for $5 a month we're hoping more people will come over and support our efforts, $10 if you want access to all our courses etc. www.patreon.com/jensenflyfishing Why? When you see channels like Trippin' On Trout disappear recently, others post less and less, all replaced with the next gen that try to get a channel rolling but after 1 to 3 years realize that the effort simply won't get anywhere - no sponsorships, no views to pay for the efforts, the massive time through the process, etc. When you see a channel like WildFly Productions with literally millions of views on some videos start on Patreon - it tells you how little $ there is on KZbin and how much the work side of these videos is. Each of our videos takes a day or two of fishing, sometimes a day or two of travel, then 3 days from start of editing to completion of the upload process. 5 to 7 days of effort per video for $50 from KZbin when tangible costs are 10 to 15X that? We're barely making any financial sense of it all to put this much effort into it. Truly, this channel is supported by those that support our Patreon channel, there is no doubt about that and we are incredibly grateful for that ongoing support. But the reality is that if we can't bump it to the next level of support by adding 50% more supporters to our Patreon in the coming year we'll have to consider life's equations - we're $1K a day guides and while being on the water together fishing, filming and hosting our media, we do often ask ourselves what the best mix for our lives is. Thus far we're committed here but we do need a lot more support to go beyond breaking even on life. As we say every year, we'll see how the future evolves!

There is no channel on KZbin who does a better job of storytelling, capturing “the moment,” showing the wilderness experience and the highs and lows. Videography is the art, outdoors is the story, fly fishing is the experience. Well done *yet again*!!!❤

World class videography folks. I loved the nature documentary style commentary...but it abruptly ends with "Oh s__t!" 🤣

Really enjoyed the opening scenes. Those "Black Forest" Browns are pretty cool. Guillermo is deadly with that net.

Really lovely forests and the deep tannic water. It takes some doing working with someone else that you're not used to fishing with to net fish sometimes :)
