Everything you got looks lovely. I would keep the white rug in the living room. When you get a coffee table and some end tables and another chair you will be adding more contrasting color. You might consider some large dramatic art work on the walls and also a large mirror.

You know, I think if you put a dark coffee table in your livingroom space on top of the carpet, that will ground everything and you won't find the carpet too light then. @chrissy0868 ....Her Comment was to provide Constructive Criticism, which Ifind is sorely lacking ,during this day and time .....I suppose is not a well known term..nor is it " Well Received" , in this day and age,...Especially on KZbin... with everyone thinking that unless one is " Oooooing and Ahhhh- ing " over every single thing... they are " being rude ". ... Not so. Constructive Criticism is designed to help and for the Creator( or whomever) to look at things from a different perspective. Us older ones understand this Concept,....which is lacking in today's Environments, and those who use it are considered " Rude " or some other such Nonsense. Obviously a lot of people here are in the Age thirty- sonething and under Group.... so they want everything to be " Ponies and Rainbows " ....and do not understand Constructive Criticism criticism.....It's actually Saddening. ...because that's not how Real Life is.
