Got these thinking they were the slightly larger Panfish floats kzbin.infoUgkx_rJB7cli5f1ofPVGgn80S7Yj4vqwq0gU they work just fine. The smaller size lets me carry more in my tackle box, and the 3 color choices are nice for different lighting conditions, backgrounds, etc. They aren't the most durable things in the world. But, as cheap as they are, it's not heartbreaking to lose one or have to replace a worn one. The price on these fluctuates wildly, from about $9 to almost $16. So, time your buy accordingly.

What I like about this BB is its accuracy compared to the actual gun kzbin.infoUgkxnX9wE_Q8zvF75Y5iWzTU3Q4FlrtyGApQ . It's very heavy in weight, same as the real thing and no it didn't come with the lazer. Couple of scratches but not sure if it's bc i open it roughly or the paint cheap either way not really a bother at this point but highly recommend this.

Funny you should ask. I live in Parkersburg, and fish the central state quite a lot. So, I have some local knowledge. Around here the crappie are hitting a ton of things, but your best bet would actually be a trout magnet. We use a lot of the neon colors, but all will work. I use them on a fly rod so i can cast unweighted far, but if you throw a bobber above it then you should suffice. With that rig you want to cast it out and let it sit as long as you desire, then slowly reel it in with

another excellent co-host. solid chemistry. great crappie. good pointers about floats and i liked the extra tips about the choice of rod length and action. uncut is becoming very well rounded in its species selections.

Are you guys using braid? I tend to stay away from braid on light tackle because I struggle with castability, and I prefer to use 4lb mono. Any suggestions?

Tell Tom to use a Fluorocarbon leader, might help to land more fish...I use a bright colour braid main line, and switch to flouro clear leader, and it works much better.

It seems like you guys were just letting your rigs sit there. I guess the wave action on the float causes the jig to move enough.

So just throwin' an artificial bait, lure under a bobber, cork with no movement at all will catch a speck(crappie)? As if it's a live minnow under it. Usin' a lure you surely gotta work it...I thought you did. In this case the specks bein' caught.

+Christopher Hobby Most of these folks that do fishing videos are fishing places where there is not much pressure on the fish. Fish in those kinds of areas would probably bite on jig heads with no jig on it.
@Lakeguy12349 жыл бұрын
+TheCigarGuy I live in the area where this video was shot and you are dead on in your assessment of fishing pressure here, there's none...
@josh198520089 жыл бұрын
That is what I just said...

Or you are trying to say that it is a pressured area? I also said most people doing these fishing videos, and never said anything about this person. Please clarify what you are trying to say.
@KDOGGER117 жыл бұрын
9:45-9:52 ish, shows the slight amount of action that you'll want to use with the bobbers, some days there is too much wind and will put so much action to the bait the crappies aren't aggressive enough to bite it. Most spring days (if the fish are there), light twitch - pause will work great on any lake, regardless of pressure.

Why does everyone bobber fish? You can catch crappies and blue gills using plastics. Bobber fishing is so boring.
@hmooblor19 жыл бұрын
Only vertical jigging is effective without a bobber. Because crappies don't normally chase a bait.
@MrDropsbombs9 жыл бұрын
That's not always true. I catch crappies on a road runner with a twister tail. Or just a regular jig head and a twister tail. There's many ways to fish. Don't be afraid to try something new.
