You really don't need to spend a lot of money on moisturisers, cerave is brilliant, their whole range is truly worth while trying. I used all the expensive creams around spending silly money, you are paying for the packages and the name. I'm now loving cerave!

I really felt for Charlie when he said there had been a few pointed comments about painting another room and he began justifying the decision. That is a reflection of someone’s personality and really nothing to do with you. There will ALWAYS be a mix of people watching that’s the nature of the game but it’s really not up to you to be drawn in by the negative ones. What about all the people living the colour or the way you two work so well within your relationship and give and take and compromise? Accept you will have this to deal with its life but you chose how to deal with it ❤ Don’t always pick those negative comments to highlight. You deserve better x Josie, anti biotics are a pain especially when you are working on your biome but short lived and will reset you ready for a fresh healthy start xx take care and take it slowly ❤

Love the bedroom! May I offer a suggestion? Take a pointed brush and just glide the background old creamy white of the curtains background only on the inner panels of the panelling and wipe it gently off, just leaving the smudge of colour. It will tie in the room and the colours will just be naturally there leaving both of you with your colour choice. Rub it over the bed frame so it is both the creamy white you like!

I smiled when you said "if it becomes a nursery" Josie. I do think the bed may look better painted cream? Blend in with the beautiful green and softer. The fireplace looks lost and some people use them to stack books to give an interest or maybe a narrow grate that would fit in there with some logs for effect? If you are not going to use it a conservatory stove may look cute in there - cast iron.

I'm in the same position, flu and chest infection and taking antibiotics for the first time in 12 years! First time I've been ill in 3 years, so hasn't been fun. It takes double the length of illness to fully convalesce, so be sure to give yourself ample recovery time. I'll be laying low for a while yet. Just ordered a bulk load of kimchi and sauerkraut plus some new probiotics to get my good gut bugs back where they were! Take it easy, Josie, it takes a lot of energy for the body to recover after illness, go slow + gentle.
