Amy you’re doing such an incredible job on your health journey! We’re cheering you on! I’ve been getting up early too and it’s so wonderful. I know you’re making some healthy food changes, and so have I, one thing I’ve made a swap that’s been so helpful is using heavy cream (no sugar) in my coffee, before my workout. It’s so filling for me and I’ve been using raw milk and cream for the past 5 years and have really seen such a benefit for me. Just wanted to share 😊

100% agree with working out. I’m not a morning person but it’s the only time I can do it being a busy mom. It makes me happy. I realized a few months ago I need it more for my mental health than my desire to be fit. It sets the tone and mood of my day. I make better choices with my food if I work out.

I used to make breakfast for our kiddos and even their school lunches, early in the morning like that😊😊I'm a morning person and loved being up & about when the house was all quiet and dark. Our kids ( boy and girl ) are now age 22 & 25 and I fondly look back on those mornings. I am still up at about 4am these days..old habits just seem to stick😊❤❤ All of the homemaking things that you do mirror mine; I love it. I used to give my kiddos healthy stuff like you do, too ..yogurt, fruit, etc Weather here in SW Missouri has also, finally been glorious..with 60-80's. I have to get outside too, even if on our little porch...when it is like that🤗🧡🌄 Wishing you a blessed week!!!
