Asking y'all to please pray for me. I've had sinus infections off and on the past month and a half, which have been causing severe migraines. I have another sinus infection. I have a CT scan on the 27th of this month and to see a neurologist about the migraines. I'm nervous about the CT scan. I ask y'all to please continue to pray for me. Thank you in advance. God Bless.

I’ve always wanted to start a sourdough but never knew anyone with a starter. I think I’ll give her instructions a try. The hutch turned out great. I love the simplicity with the touch of green. This is perfect for Spring time. I wish I had the same grocery, those fluted soap dispensers are beautiful!

KailynI’m afraid your plant will root rot because it doesn’t have a drainage hole in the bottom or you can put about an inch of pebbles in the bottom of the bowl to keep the roots dry
@denisevalentemcgee48028 ай бұрын
I thought the same thing so I looked it up seeing as how succulents are a little different than the average house plant. So Kaitlyn, if you're reading this, there's an article about how to know when to water that plant and how much as it should dry out completely before watering it again. Seems like more of us are using pots that don't have drainage holes and so the article seems to say it definitely can be done but to know how much/how little to water. When planting plants outside I usually grab some stones from our garden and place at the bottom of the container as outside plants will dry out quicker but I also know I do have a tendency to overwater LOL. Good luck with the plant! It looks great in your grandmother's bowl!

Hi Kailyn! Now you have me intrigued about sourdough bread! I rarely cook/bake as I own a business and work all the time. LOL But I love Panera's sourdough so now I want to know more! You won't need to water your plant often...let it dry well between waterings especially without a drainage hole. But you can grow it without the hole....just look up online as there are articles that tell you how you will know when to water, etc. It looks cute in that bowl from your grandmother! Love the hutch....I try and decorate mine seasonally. Just gives me a good feeling! Take care of yourself! You look great...so healthy and beautiful! Can't wait to meet this little girl!

Love the live plant and the bowl ! It might need a drainage hole to allow the excess water to drain out. My husband has a special bit for his drill to make holes in ceramic and glass. He’s put holes in several of my containers. Happy Easter to you and your family.

I love the way you styled your china cupboard. I, also, failed at sourdough starter and ended up purchasing some dehydrated from a seller on Etsy. I grew the starter and used it just once making a loaf of bread using a recipe the seller sent me. The starter now sits in my refrigerator waiting for me to use it again. Banana bread sounds like a good reason to take it out and feed it! I’m not much of a bread eater but my favorite type are sweet breads.

I want to try making some as I have never been good at making my own bread without a bread machine but you have inspired me to try again.

Use a lot of caution with that plant in a container with no drain hole. Very easy to over water and rot the roots since any excess water can’t escape.

I have multiple succulents in pots without holes. They only need to be watered once a week, so they do fantastic!
@denisevalentemcgee48028 ай бұрын
@@sunflowercountryfarmhouse Yes I was reading about this very thing online. You just have to let the plant dry out completely before watering. There are articles about it. The plant should have adequate sunlight though but I think succulents are a little hardier than the average plant. I started with a Jade plant and that plant quadrupled in size and I did very little to it. Thank goodness it wasn't relying on me to keep it alive!

Hi. Love the resurrection garden. I’m going to buy a pot and make one too. Change of subject. I’m excited you’re buying real plants. They clean the air. If you will be placing them where doggy can get to them. Search to see if harmful to pets on the internet. You such a sweet person, it’s been an honor to watch your channel. I admire you tube mom’s and others. They have found a way to be home. I’m old and out in The rat race. Not computer 8:30 savvy, I wouldn’t know how to figure out new content. I applaud all of you.

Hi Kailyn, I love your channel. Was wondering, can you make sourdough bread gluten-free? I have never seen it gluten-free recipe. Would have any suggestions. Thank you so much! 😊😊😊
@VanessaAscunce8 ай бұрын
As someone who is also gluten-free and has been for 15 years sourdough bread doesn’t bother my stomach personally because it is the only bread besides gluten-free bread that has the lowest amount of gluten in it so my stomach never gets upset. You should try a little bit and see if it works for you I get my sourdough bread from Aldi’s. It only has three ingredients. It’s very clean.
