Stunning video; a visual delight. Lilacs are in bloom here, in south eastern Australia and this year I am going to make a Lilac Glicerite for its medicinal benefits. Thank you for sharing the beauty of Lilacs and your culinary gifts 🙏💚

I’m not certain but I believe we have mostly declarations. We have one President Lincoln also. That’s the pale blueish one. The white and wine colored ones are from our neighbors bush (not sure what they’re called). Hope I’m accurate :)

Why dont you use the honey infused lilac flowers ?

They get wilted and change color so it doesn't look nice when mixed in. I strain them well instead.
